Hyatt Place is a 150 room hotel which will be built in eastern edge of the Brewery complex just west of new Bucks arena. A dining area for buffet and 2,000 square feet of meeting space will also be constructed within the building. Hyatt Corporate has identified Milwaukee market as a strategic location for their Hyatt Place brand. Janko Group, developer based in Illinois, is leading the project. This project will cap off the new building development at the Brewery complex. Access to the property will be available via Juneau Avenue from downtown as well as via I-43 exit 72.
